We are pleased to announce that our Principal Partner, Baba Lawal Aliyu, FCIArb (UK), has been appointed as a member of the Review Committee on the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 and the National Policy on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) 2024.
The Committee was inaugurated earlier today in Abuja by the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, SAN.
This appointment reflects our firm’s enduring commitment to excellence in arbitration and ADR practice, as well as Mr. Aliyu’s recognized expertise in the field. The Review Committee is tasked with advancing the effective implementation and continued development of Nigeria’s modern arbitration framework in line with international best practices.
